Core & More Booty Camp. Class description- ladder drills, bosu, fun filled 45 mins with combination of exercises to burn the glutes, legs and core.

Boot Camp. Class description- Utilizing kettle bells, medicine balls, the TRX and even a tire. Combining the ultimate burn with battle ropes.

YogaCore. Yoga, Abs. Class description- power yoga meets "abs" of steel. Combining traditional yoga flows with a variety of fun yet challenging core exercises.

Total Body Burn Group training- Class description- ladder drill , TRX , steps etc. Fun Filled hour with challenging fun paced drills. Class atmosphere motivating and fun.
